Tempelhof Airport is the largest historic landmark building in Europe. Never truly finished and constantly evolving, it is a place of debate that embodies and lives the contradictions and complexities of a city every day. There could hardly be a more fitting venue for a conference dedicated to processes and principles.
In 2026, Berlin celebrates 20 years as a UNESCO City of Design, becoming the first city in Europe to receive this designation. FORM / FUTURE is part of this anniversary, showcasing what an expanded understanding of design can contribute to business, society, and public policy.
