In the processing of personal data, there are short-term reporting obligations, especially in the case of mishaps. However, contact with the authorities is not only necessary in these cases. When and what do you have to report? What should you bear in mind when communicating with authorities? To what extent do you have to disclose information, do you have to incriminate yourself or your company - and is there a threat of an investigation afterwards, for example by the data protection authorities. In addition, it may also be necessary to inform those affected about data breaches. The consultation hour aims to help manage these difficult situations for companies with tips and examples.

This appointment offers the opportunity to ask your own questions as well as to receive answers to the questions of other participants. As the consultation hour is offered as a presence appointment, a 3G proof (vaccinated, recovered, tested) is required. Participation is free of charge and limited to 10 participants.
