 igitalisation of economy and society became obvious in 2020 due to the pand
 emic situation. With digitalisation, the importance of usability and user e
 xperience (UUX) is also increasing, because digital technologies must be us
 able and enable positive user experiences in order to unfold their full pot
 ential. German SMEs face numerous challenges in effectively implementing a 
 corresponding user-centred digitalisation. A key success factor is to bring
  together providers and consumers of UUX activities in a targeted manner. \
 n\nAt the UIG Conference 2021, we would like to discuss with experts from s
 cience and practice under the title "Practising UX in digital SMEs - how to
  know!" which perspectives demanders and providers of UUX activities have i
