DESCRIPTION:This online event will present the first results of the Berlin 
 Partner Talent-Surveys. Interested HR colleagues who frequently recruit int
 ernationally now and in the near future are cordially invited to this "prev
 iew".\n\nWhat is it about?\n\nLabour market experts estimate that around 40
 0,000 international professionals need to come to Germany every year to mee
 t the demand for skilled workers in the local economy. The demand for skill
 ed workers is already increasing noticeably in Berlin's digital economy. La
 st year, the number of new skilled workers from abroad moving to Berlin fel
 l dramatically. Berlin Partner has conducted a Talent-Survey with the aim o
 f finding out the main reasons why and when a professional would move to Be
 rlin. We would like to present the first results of this survey to you. The
  survey itself remains online and can still be distributed to international
  professionals and workforces for their participation. In parallel, we have
  worked with the employer & place branding think tank FuturePlaceLeadership
  to produce a small study on what skills are likely to be needed in the dig
 ital economy in Berlin in the near future.\n\nThe presentation will be in E
